We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping details below before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During high-volume launches, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be extended slightly.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- We currently offer standard and expedited shipping within the United States.

- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
- CAVARA is not responsible for carrier delays once your package has been shipped.
International Shipping
- We currently do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
- CAVARA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, CAVARA cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will review and determine a replacement or store credit if approved.
Pre-Orders
- If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item is in stock.
- Estimated ship times for pre-orders will always be stated on the product page.
