CAVARA Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping details below before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During high-volume launches, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be extended slightly.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • We currently offer standard and expedited shipping within the United States.
  • Estimated delivery time:
    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
  • CAVARA is not responsible for carrier delays once your package has been shipped.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not currently offer international shipping. 

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
  • CAVARA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, CAVARA cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please:
    • Check with neighbors or your local carrier
    • Contact us at [your support email]

  • We will assist in filing a claim when applicable, but replacement is not guaranteed.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review and determine a replacement or store credit if approved.

Pre-Orders

 

  • If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item is in stock.
  • Estimated ship times for pre-orders will always be stated on the product page.
