CAVARA Return Policy
At Cavara, every piece is thoughtfully curated and produced in limited quantities. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not offer monetary refunds at this time.
However, we are happy to offer the following options:
Store Credit or Exchange Policy
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Items showing signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or fragrance will not be accepted.
- All approved returns will be issued as store credit, unless otherwise stated.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is approved, you may choose:
- Store credit (issued via digital gift card), or

An exchange for a different size or item (subject to availability)
Final Sale Items
The following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
• Hats
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Limited edition / special drops
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item for store credit and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@cavaraeq.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit if approved.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as CAVARA is not responsible for lost return packages.
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3–7 business days for your store credit to be processed.
